    Ingredients:

    4. Steam the fish: Carefully place the seasoned fish on the plate or rack inside the steamer. Cover with a lid and steam over high heat for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the fish, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
    5. Make the sauce: While the fish is steaming, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger slices, and sauté until fragrant. Add soy sauce and a splash of rice wine, and bring to a simmer.
    6. Serve the fish: Once the fish is cooked, carefully remove it from the steamer. Discard the ginger and green onions from the cavity. Drizzle the hot sauce over the fish, and garnish with sliced green onions and red chili peppers if desired. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil for extra flavor.
