Ginseng is believed to have various health benefits, including boosting the immune system, improving cognitive function, and increasing energy levels. As such, ginseng soup is often consumed as a nourishing tonic, especially during times of illness or fatigue.

    To prepare ginseng soup, a young chicken is thoroughly cleaned and stuffed with glutinous rice, ginseng roots, garlic cloves, and jujubes. The chicken is then simmered in water for several hours until the meat is tender and the flavors of the ingredients have infused into the broth. The resulting soup is hearty and aromatic, with a rich, savory taste.
